Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
Items must have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact
Items must not show signs of wear, washing, or alteration
Items must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items must not be damaged due to misuse or neglect
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Perfumes and fragrances (once opened or used)
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
Gift cards and promotional items
Items damaged due to customer misuse
Items returned without proof of purchase
Customized or personalized products
To start a return, please:
Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
Click "Request Return" and select the item(s) and reason for return
Wait for our team to review and approve your return request (usually within 24-48 hours)

Once your return is approved:
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging if possible
Include your order number and return authorization number
Ensure items are protected to prevent damage during transit
Do not write on or damage the original product packaging
You can return items via:
Option A: Courier Pickup
We can arrange a pickup from your address (pickup fee may apply)
Schedule a pickup time that's convenient for you
Hand over the package to our courier partner
Option B: Self-Ship
Ship the item(s) to the return address provided in your approval email
Use a trackable shipping method
Keep your shipping receipt until the return is processed
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or wrong
Option C: In-Store Return
Visit our physical store location during business hours
Bring the item(s) and proof of purchase
Our staff will process your return immediately
Once we receive and inspect your return:
We will inspect the item(s) within 2-3 business days
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
Your refund will include:
The full purchase price of the returned item(s)
Original shipping costs (if the item is defective or we sent the wrong item)
Your refund will NOT include:
Original shipping costs (for change-of-mind returns)
Return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or wrong)
Payment processing fees (1.95% Paystack fee is non-refundable)
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
Mobile Money: 2-5 business days
Store Credit: Immediately available in your account
We accept exchanges for:
Different size of the same item (subject to availability)
Different color of the same item (subject to availability)
Equal or higher value items (you pay the difference)
Follow the return process to send back your original item
Place a new order for your desired item
Once we receive and approve your return, we'll refund the original purchase
Note: We recommend placing the new order before returning the original item to ensure availability.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Provide clear photos of the damage or defect
Include your order number and description of the issue
Do not discard the packaging or product
For damaged or defective items, we will:
Provide a full refund including shipping costs, OR
Send a replacement item at no additional cost, OR
Offer store credit for a future purchase
We will cover all return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
If you receive the wrong item:

Provide photos of the item you received
Include your order number
Do not use or remove tags from the incorrect item
We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:
Check your bank account or credit card statement again
Contact your bank or credit card company (processing may take time)
Contact your payment provider

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
Items returned without original packaging
Items with signs of use or wear
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Items with missing tags or labels
Items damaged due to customer misuse
The refund amount will be determined based on the condition of the returned item(s).
Items purchased during sales or clearance events are subject to the same return policy, except:
Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned
Clearance items may have shorter return windows (check product page)
Sale items can only be refunded at the sale price paid
For international orders:
Same return policy applies (30-day return window)
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and customs fees
We recommend using a trackable shipping method
Original customs fees and duties are non-refundable
Refunds are issued in the original currency paid
You are responsible for return shipping costs when:
You change your mind about the purchase
You ordered the wrong size or color
The item doesn't match your expectations (but matches the description)
We will cover return shipping costs when:
We sent you the wrong item
The item arrived damaged or defective
The item doesn't match the product description on our website
Instead of a refund, you may choose store credit:
Receive 110% of your purchase price as store credit
Store credit never expires
Can be used on any future purchase
Cannot be exchanged for cash
Is immediately available after return approval
